Expert Testimony.Dr. Harrell has served as an expert witness in more than 14 states and 2 countries since 1991.His cases are evenly split between plaintiff and defense.In assisting attorneys, he has performed observational studies, surveys, and field and laboratory tests.Among his survey approaches, he has used random digit dialing telephone surveys, internet surveys, and mailed questionnaires.Since every case is unique, requiring creativity and adaptability, Harrell & Associates has the expertise to meet these requirements.
